Established in April 2021, Jenay created My Naked Mindset Podcast which is a place to come for all your guilty pleasure conversations about raw vulnerable topics people often don't discuss. We have a topic for everyone including intimacy, dating, relationships, and mental health topics!

Ever since Jenay was a child, she was never quiet, her parents use to call her "Gabby" because she would never stop talking. Fast forward to now, it suits her well.

She grew up in New England in a sex positive household, thanks to her parents for always being so open. She has always been interested in intimacy topics and speaking about topics people thought of but wouldn't bring up. 

Jenay brings guests on each week to share about experiences, stories, and educate the listeners of topics of choice. She wants this platform to scream "judgement free" and a place you can come to for a good laugh! Join her and her guests each Thursday for a new episode.
